H. Ombao and R. Prado have been working on a variety of problems in time series analysis since 2008.
Together they established the Space-Time Modeling Group in 2012 which consists of graduate and undergraduate students from different disciplines including Statistics, Cognitive Science and Pschology.
Collaborators and researchers from around the world, in places such as Malaysia, Mexico and the UK, attend weekly meetings via video-conferencing.
Our History
Our Research Mission
We develop novel statistical methods to address the modeling and computing challenges that arise from analyzing complex spatio-temporal data in various fields such as neuroscience, psychiatry, social networks, transportation studies and environmental science.
